We had a good first appointment and had a test run. He demonstrated how to separate the scooter into 3 parts to fit into the car. The person who delivered the scooter gave me another test run and fitted it together for me. The scooter needs stronger, better mirrors.
The service i received was first class they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything easily
Brilliant! The staff want to help and make the system work. I felt they were all happy to guide me through the process.

Excellent and friendly service both on phone and home visits
Very happy with the service I received
Ian , from Quingo bought my scooter to my house and was endlessly patient as I practiced using it, including coming to my nearby park to practice using it on the road and on the grass. He also answered some subsequent questions on the phone very kindly. He is a very courteous man, thank you Ian. The Quingo has headlights and indicators plus a side mirror, so I drive ii as I would my car. Its minimum speed is 4 mph but it can go much faster in appropriate moments. It means that I am no longer confined to the house as I can no longer walk as much as I could.
